Cinnamon Almond Butter Cookies

  1. 3/4 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes
  2. 1/2 cup honey
  3. 1 tsp hemp seeds
  4. 10 drops of liquid stevia
  5. 1/2 cup grass-fed butter
  6. 1/2 cup almond butter
  7. 1/2 tsp vanilla
  8. 1 cup gluten free flour
  9. 1 tsp baking soda
  10. 1 tbsp cinnamon
  11. pinch of salt
  1. Heat oven to 350 F
  2. Mix honey, stevia, butter, almond butter, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Add flour, quinoa flakes, hemp seeds, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Mix vigorously
  5. Roll into 12 small balls and place on a cooking sheet (coat cooking sheet with coconut oil so your cookies don't stick)
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes
