Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup quinoa, cooked in lemon, paprika, garlic, and onion powder
  2. 1/2 cup mix of bell pepper, zucchini, and cucumber, chopped
  3. 1 cup spinach, chopped
  4. 1/2 avocado
  5. Top with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and a dash of salt OR a tasty all natural sauce. I used Tangy Mango from Saucy Lips!
Instructions
  1. Mix all together and enjoy!
