  1. 1/2 of Kite Hill Foods Plain VEGAN "cream cheese"
  2. 1/2 of HeidiHo Organics Smokey VEGAN "cheese"
  3. 1/4 cup Organic Soyrizo
  4. 3 packages of small, whole mushrooms
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms creating a hollow area to stuff.
  3. Mix half/half of both types of vegan cheese
  4. Cook soyrizo and mix into the cheese once cooled.
  5. Stuff your mushrooms with the mixture and place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes (until the top is toasted)
  7. ENJOY!
