Tuan cakes can be enjoyed with pasta, salad, or with a side of vegetables.

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 2/3 cups coconut flour
  3. 2 (5oz) cans of tuna, drained
  4. 4 tbsp of finely chopped onion
  5. Garlic salt and pepper to taste
  6. Coconut oil
  1. Mash tuna into a medium bowl
  2. Mix in onion, eggs, flour, garlic salt, and pepper
  3. Form patties
  4. Fry in a generous amount of oil for 5 minutes on each side on high
