Ingredients
  1. 2 cups greens, finely chopped
  2. 1/4 cup cooked quinoa,
  3. 1/2 cup raw beets, chopped
  4. 1/2 cup cooked sweet potatoes (cook with garlic powder, paprika, and chili flakes)
  5. 2 tbs pumpkin seeds
  6. 1 tbs organic olive oil, drizzled
  7. 1/2 lemon, juiced
Instructions
  1. Cook and lightly mix all ingredients.
  2. Drizzle with organic olive oil and lemon
Notes
  1. Use all organic ingredients if possible!
