Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  2. 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
  3. 1/4 cup red/green onion,chopped
  4. 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  5. 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  6. 1/4 cup smoked salmon, chopped
Dressing
  1. 1/4 cup sesame oil
  2. 2 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  3. 3 tbsp coconut aminos 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
  1. Toss all ingredients together and top with dressing that’s whisked together!
