Ingredients
  1. 10oz+ of warm water (use more if you want!)
  2. 1/2 lemon (use more if you want!)
  3. Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and drink first thing in the morning and before bed for optimal results.
Notes
  1. You can't mess this recipe up! Honestly, the more water and lemon- the better!
