Healthy Turkey Stir Fry
Healthy, light stir fry!

  1. 1lb ground turkey (or 2 cups quinoa for vegetarians!)
  2. 2 green bell peppers, sliced
  3. 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  4. 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  5. 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
  6. 1/2 red onion, chopped or sliced
  7. Salt, crushed red pepper, and garlic, to taste
  8. Soy sauce or coconut aminos, to taste
  1. Brown turkey, drain fat, and set aside
  2. Sauté veggies until lightly cooked (about 7 minutes)
  3. Sauté veggies, turkey, salt, crushed pepper, and garlic together for about 10 minutes on low-med heat
  4. Top with coconut aminos or soy sauce
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
