Ingredients
  1. 2 cans black beans, drained
  2. 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  3. 3 tbsp olive oil (I used GHEE for a buttery taste)
  4. 2 tsp cumin
  5. 1 tsp chili powder
  6. 4 garlic cloves -1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
  1. Satué onions, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and oil for 5 minutes
  2. Add 1 1/2 can of drained black beans and mash entirely
  3. Add the rest of beans and mix in (do not mash completely)
  4. Leave on high heat for about 3 minutes
  5. Mix in almond milk (it will be runny at first then thicken up)
