  1. 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
  2. 1/2 cup almond flour
  3. 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  8. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  1. Pre-heat pan over high heat and coat with coconut oil.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Add ¼ cup worth of batter onto the pan.
  4. Fry each side of the tortilla for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until firm and crisp.
  5. Repeat until batter is done.
  6. Cut the tortillas into small triangles and spread them out on the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes or until the tortilla chips are crispy.
