Ingredients
  1. 2-3 cups romaine, chopped
  2. 1/4 cup red cabbage, chopped
  3. 1 carrot, shredded and chopped
  4. 2 green onions, chopped
  5. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  6. ½ avocado, chopped
  7. 1 hard-boiled egg
  8. Cashews and sesame seeds, sprinkle-to taste
  9. DRESSING
  10. 1 tbsp sesame oil
  11. 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  12. 1 tbsp coconut aminos
Instructions
  1. Salad: chop/toss romaine, cabbage, cilantro, carrots, green onion, and avocado
  2. Dressing: vigorously sit sesame oil, coconut amigos, apple cider vinegar, sesame seeds
  3. Place everything in a tupperware and shake vigorously with the lid on.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
  1. Top with organic cashews and sesame seeds
  2. Use all organic products if possible.
