Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  2. 1/3 cucumber, finely chopped
  3. 1/3 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  4. 1 tspn red onion
  5. GGs Crispbread
  6. Hummus
Instructions
  1. Cook quinoa
  2. Finely chop all ingredients and mix together with quinoa
  3. Spread a generous amount of hummus on the crisp bread
  4. Top with quinoa and other ingredients
