Ingredients
  1. 3 cups kale, sautéed
  2. 1/4 cup asparagus, chopped
  3. 1 zucchini, cut into 4 pieces
  4. 1/4 red onion, chopped
  5. tuna
  6. garlic, to taste
  7. lemon juice, to taste
  8. olive oil, to taste
Instructions
  1. Sauté greens with garlic for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Put all of the greens onto a plate and top with tuna (or protein of choice)
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
