Chili Lime Shrimp Salad

Shrimp
  1. 1/2 cup shrimp
  2. 1 tbsp chili powder
  3. 1 tsp paprika
  4. 1 full lime, juiced
  5. garlic, to taste
Salad
  1. 2-3 cups romaine, chopped
  2. 1/4 cup red cabbage, chopped
  3. 1 carrot, shredded and chopped
  4. 2 green onions, chopped
  5. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Shrimp
  1. Sauté shrimp, lime, chili powder, paprika, and garlic until shrimp is cooked.
Salad
  1. Mix all ingredients together
Notes
  1. Serves 2
  2. Use organic food if possible.
  3. Dressing: lime and olive oil
