  1. -1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  2. -1/3 cucumber, finely chopped
  3. -1/3 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  4. -1 tspn red onion
  5. Annies Chili Lime Dressing
Instructions
  1. Cook quinoa
  2. Finely chop all ingredients
  3. Vigorously stir all ingredients together including cooked quinoa
  4. Stir in chilli lime dressing
