Buttered Lemon Shrimp

Buttered Lemon Shrimp
A healthier version of the original "Tasty" recipe.

  1. 2 tbsp water
  2. 2-3 tbsp grass-fed, unsalted butter
  3. 1 lemon (juice)
  4. 1 lb of shrimp
  5. 1 tsp garlic
  6. 1 cup sweet onion
  7. 1 cup of quinoa
  8. 2 cups of chicken broth
  9. 4+ cups of spinach
  1. Heat butter, water, and 1/2 lemon juice in a sauce pan
  2. Add shrimp to the liquid and cook for about 10 minutes
  3. Remove shrimp and set aside
  4. In the same pan add garlic, onion, uncooked quinoa, and chicken broth
  5. Cover and simmer until quinoa is cooked through.
  6. Add spinach and cook through
  7. Serve with shrimp
  8. Enjoy!
